# Baserowから移行

> Connect Everythingを使用して、アクセス可能なBaserowのテーブル、フィールド、レコード、リレーションをTeableへ移行します。

[Teable AIチャット](/ja/basic/ai/ai-chat)の**Connect Everything**を使用してBaserowインスタンスに接続し、アクセス可能なデータをTeableへ移行します。

## 移行を開始する

1. BaserowインスタンスのURLをコピーし、移行元テーブルへの読み取りアクセス権を持つ[Baserowデータベーストークン](https://baserow.io/user-docs/personal-api-tokens)を作成します。
2. 移行先のTeableベースを開き、AIチャットを起動します。
3. `/`と入力して**Connect Everything**を選択し、インスタンスURLとデータベーストークンを入力します。
4. Teable AIにBaserowデータベースの移行を依頼し、結果を確認します。

  移行範囲は、Baserow API、およびデータベーストークンに割り当てられたテーブルと権限によって異なります。
